As a single, you are only eligible to buy a HDB flat at age 35. Otherwise you may consider purchasing a private property. If you wish to engage a lawyer, I will be happy to discuss details via email at email@example.com or call at 91555623.
Hi, due to COVID-19 pandemic, many landlords are offering rental relief to affected tenants, including refund of security deposits, restructuring of rental payments, rental rebates and passing on the full savings of the government’s property tax rebate to retailers of qualifying commercial properties. I would like to know if all these reliefs are modifications to lease contracts?
Under the Covid-19 Temporary Measures Act 2020, Landlords are entitled temporary relief and they are required to pass any benefit to their tenants. This right of the Tenant and the duty of the Landlord do not rewrite the Agreement between them . it is only temporary. if you require a more more specific answer based in your own circumstances, you may contact Mr Subra at 93834205 or email :firstname.lastname@example.org
